Tubular heaters

Tubular heaters are used to heat air, gases, liquids and solids. Tubular heaters are widely used in various industries. The possibility of any shape of the heaters, allows them to be adapted to specific requirements, which makes them an ideal solution for many heating systems. They can be found in countless everyday electronic equipment, where they play the role of the main components.

They are extremely durable and often used as components of high-power heating units. Resistant to chemicals, temperature and pressure - they can work even in very demanding environments.

Their construction allows for easy adjustment of length, diameter and shape to a specific application.

Tubular heaters for operation in air

Heaters operating in air are made of stainless steel in grade min. AISI321. The shape of the bending depends on the needs of the customer. Thanks to the radiator made of stainless steel, the surface area and heat transfer efficiency are increased. Heaters can be mounted using stuffing boxes, heads, brackets, fixing plates, blind flanges etc.

Available variants:

  • diameter of the heater Fi 8,5, radiator Fi 25
  • diameter of the heater Fi 10, radiator Fi 29
  • diameter of the heater Fi 13, radiator Fi 34

Tubular heaters for liquid operation

Tubular heaters designed for operation in liquids are made of 316L or INCOLOY 800 stainless steel. Detailed parameters (power, tension, bending and type of fastening) depend on the customer's needs. Tubular heaters are usually mounted in heads: 1”, 1 ¼”, 1 ½”, 2”, 2.5”, made of brass or stainless steel.

At the request of the customer, it is possible to make a stainless steel head with any type of thread. The heating element can be fixed in M14x1.5 or 3/8” chokes. Heaters in heads and chokes are connected by brazing (silver) or in the case of aggressive liquids — TIG welding. The current output of this type of heaters is standard (screw M5, pin, threaded terminal M4). In the case of 1 ½”, 2” and 2.5” heads, the entire connection can be covered with a protective box. On request, we produce heaters with a built-in thermostat or with the sheath itself under the temperature sensor.

Tubular heaters for work in mold channels

Tube heaters designed for injection molds can be of different shapes, so we manufacture them according to the specifications provided by the customer. The heater made in this way is doginized, and then fixed in the distributor.

Tubular heater for defrosting

Tubular heaters for defrosting cold counters have additional, hermetic insulation at the current connection of the heater to the cable. As with the other types of heaters, they are made according to the individual needs of the customer.
