Our machine park
We have unlimited capabilities when it comes to production. Some machines werecreated based on our own designs, giving us greater flexibility in fulfillingorders. We use Oakley–Kanthal technology to manufacture Sinkoplex heaters. Wealways comply with national and European standards, which we certify with CEmarking.

Technology tailored to the heater type
Not every heater is the same – that’s why weadjust every process to its type, shape, and operating conditions. Productioninvolves many technological stages that influence the durability, efficiency,and safety of the final product.
Precision cutting
Thefirst production stage involves cutting to prepare the material. This is wherewe often make key decisions, such as selecting the appropriate grade ofstainless steel for the heater’s working environment.
Winding, rolling, annealing, bending
Eachheater type requires a range of operations. For example, tubular heatersrequire rolling to compact the magnesium oxide, significantly improving heatingparameters. Spiral heaters need to be annealed at 1000°C to soften the sheath,making it possible to bend the heater into its designed shape.
Compacting, welding, soldering
Atthis stage, we assemble all components into a reliable structure. The precisionof this stage affects durability and safety – that’s why each unit undergoesquality control before leaving the plant. Our attention to detail and choice ofthe right technologies ensure that our heaters work reliably – even indemanding conditions.

Technical consultation and order analysis
- We check the technical aspects of execution - electrical parameters and geometry of the heater.
- We determine the details, e.g. length and type of wires or number of pieces to prepare the offer well.
- If we receive a sample heater from a customer, we analyze its operation, detect operating errors and diagnose the causes of possible failures (e.g. premature burnout).
Planning, selection of materials and technology
- We verify raw materials and their availability with production.
- We create technical projects in cooperation with the production department.
- We choose the right manufacturing technology to ensure the highest durability of the product.
Precise production and quality control
- We make heaters according to the established technology.
- We monitor progress and maintain ongoing contact with the client.
- We control the quality of workmanship at every stage.
- After carefully checking the manufactured heater, we hand it over for shipment.

We audit the equipment
We study the environment in which the heater will be installed. We show how to increase the performance of the device
and significantly reduce the failure rate of heaters. This avoids unnecessary costs in the process of use.
We create 2D and 3D models
On request, we create models of 2D and 3D heaters. We also prepare projects of tooling needed for the construction of a specific type of device.
