Infrared heaters
INFRARED HEATERS ARE modern and extremely efficient heat sources that heat up to 900 °C and they cool down in just a few seconds. Thanks to the use of high purity quartz tube and tungsten wire filled with halogen gases, they ensure stable and long-lasting operation without the risk of oxidation of the fiber.
Emitted infrared radiation is much more efficient than traditional methods of convection or conductive heating — it allows you to heat surfaces and objects even from a certain distance, including through glass. Color Temperature Radiators are approximately 2400—2500 K, which guarantees high efficiency of heat transfer.
Heaters can be equipped with different ceramic caps and individually tailored shielding (of different materials and lengths). The average service life is up to 5000 hours. In addition to standard, straight pipes, solutions are also available in many other shapes and sizes — designed and manufactured according to individual customer requirements.
Additionally, the heaters can be covered with a layer gold or ceramics, playing the role of a spotlight. These coatings concentrate heat, increasing the heating efficiency and making the devices extremely economical — virtually all the electricity consumed is converted into heat. In the case of models with High power density or when the surface temperature of the pipe exceeds 800 °C, it is recommended to use ceramic coating, resistant up to 1000 °C.
In addition to the standard coating on 180° (half pipe circumference), there are also versions with coating on 270° or others, made at the request of the customer.
